An access controller is a professional element for the protection of perimeters and gates. They are located in safe and hidden places, allowing the connection of the readers, which are placed in the visible place of the installation and identify the user who wants to access, as well as the connection to the electronic locks, which will be activated if the user is allowed access.
This controller supports readers based on the Wiegand protocol, which allows the connection through direct wiring of each reader to the controller. It has 4 readers to perform entry and exit at each door and supports biometric readers, which are connected through RS485 and allow connection through BUS (cascading). By supporting RS485, it also supports OSDP on the same connector, the latter being customizable in the configuration and allowing up to 8 readers by this method.
The controllers allow to manage several doors simultaneously by means of several relay outputs. This model has 4 relay outputs, being configurable as dry contact (without voltage).
By using an access controller, it is possible to ensure certain functions, such as opening all doors when a fire signal is received or triggering an alarm when a forced door is detected. Thanks to its inputs and outputs, it is possible to manage these functions in a simpler way.
Advanced configurable functions: anti-pass-back technology (does not allow a person to pass through if he/she is already inside).
From the Akuvox Cloud, the configuration of users, schedules and access groups, as well as special functions, opening times of the relays or reading time of the readers is performed.

The video door entry monitor is the element that is placed inside the premises, therefore it is also called an indoor unit, and allows to receive calls from visitors to the building staff.
This model has a 2.1" touch screen for easy operation by the user. In addition, it has an Android operating system, allowing the installation of third-party applications with Google Services to control the intrusion system, SmartHome or CCTV of the facility, among others.
IP equipment communicates and is powered by Ethernet cables and PoE switches, reducing the number of cables required for operation.
Advanced configurable functions: standard SIP protocol 2.0 (allows the equipment to be integrated with third-party PBXs).
From the Akuvox Installer Cloud the installation structure is created and the devices are added by their MAC addresses. In this cloud-based platform, you can update the firmware of the devices, modify their local settings (such as network parameters, volume settings, relay parameters, etc.) or monitor their connection status, all remotely. In addition, this system allows computers to communicate with each other from anywhere, without the need to open ports or use a VPN, thanks to the Multisite technology.
The Property Manager Cloud allows you to manage community and office projects created by installers to give credentials to users (key fobs or PIN codes), view access logs or send messages to users.
With the SmartPlus or Bela Home mobile application, the end user can receive calls, open the door or view the panel camera live, all from any location. Users can review a complete call and access log, with screenshots, or set up different access methods (PIN codes, NFC and/or Bluetooth access or facial recognition). In addition, they can also create temporary access codes, called temporary keys, with which to generate time-limited access to share with those who need to access the system.
